The data controller collects and subsequently processes data for specified purposes that are provided for as lawful. Data processing is carried out in compliance with applicable legal provisions. Data is collected only to the extent that is appropriate, proportionate and necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The controller does not process special categories of data. The controller takes measures to protect data against unauthorized access by third parties, and in particular by unauthorized persons. To this end, it applies organizational and technical security measures at a level adequate to the potential threats.

To host the Website, the controller uses a certified Data Center holding ISO 27001 and TIER III certifications. The controller does not disclose data to any entities not authorized to receive it under the mandatory legal provisions applicable in this respect.

2. For what purposes is your personal data processed?

Following your prior consent, your data will be processed by the controller for the purposes of:

  2. marketing, including profiling, and for analytical purposes
  3. tailoring website content to your preferences and interests
  4. statistical measurement and service improvement

3. For how long will your personal data be stored?

Where the legal basis for processing personal data is voluntary consent, such data will be processed until the User withdraws the consent given.

Personal data of users for whom a service was provided by ICBM Polska Sp. z o.o. will be processed for the period required by law.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the controller is:

5. Requirement to provide personal data

Only voluntary consent constitutes the basis for using your personal data for analytical or advertising purposes, including profiling. If you configure your browser in a way that prevents cookies from being stored, your data will not be processed.

Certain personal data is required to conclude the relevant contract. The consequence of failing to provide the personal data required to conclude the relevant contract may be the inability to effectively carry out the steps necessary to conclude the contract.

6. To which recipients will your personal data be transferred?

The controller will entrust the processing of your personal data only to entities that have signed a data processing agreement. These include, among others, entities with the following profiles:

  2. providers of e-marketing services
  3. providers of accounting services
  4. providers of legal advisory services

The controller permits data processing by other entities, but only in situations where this is necessary.

7. What are your rights in relation to the processing of personal data?

The Website user has the right to request from the controller access to the personal data concerning them. They may also request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. The Website user has the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

Furthermore, where data is processed on the basis of the user's consent, the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

8. Information on the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
